Silk Screen Printing

Why Silk Screen?
Silk screen printing is one of the best one color printing methods for special paper cuts and for larger area printing requirements. Normally used when the job cannot go inside printing machines. Often used for printing on clothes or special business card designs.

Foil Printing
A printing method whereby the characters (or design) are heated then waxed and the desired foil color is applied to the waxed surface. Once the foil is attached the foil is pressed onto the surface. We offer a range of metallic colored foils for you to choose from.
Why foil press printing?
Foil press printing "engraving" gives an exquisite professional appearance to business cards. This special process of embossing can be incorporated with silk screen printing and offset printing.

Digital Printing
Digital Printing offers everything from digitally designed images and photo quality printing. The ink or toner does not absorb into the paper as the color is layered onto the surface of the paper. Digital printing prevents color smudging so images are crystal clear and detailed.
Why digital printing?
Digital printing is a fast printing process, so it does not have the preparation delay inherent in offset printing. The quality and amazing brilliance of the finish product is worth the extra expense. It’s more expensive than full color offset printing but worth it if your desire is for excellence and quality of your finished product. Offset Printing (color separation)
Offset printing is for full color printing. The processes involved in this printing method, is based on 4 colors which are known by CMYK cyan, magenta, yellow and black. More than 16 million degrees of colors can be obtained by mixing these 3 colors together. Offset printing is the most popular printing process used today and is used for printing magazines, books, business cards, brochures, flyers etc...
Offset Printing (separate colors)
What is the difference between offset printing color separation and offset separate colors? With offset color separation you can print with 16 million colors using a process by applying separation of a different color on the print roll and melding the colors for each selected pixel. Whereas offset printing separate colors, requires using standard colors that do not meld together.

UV Spot Printing
Embossed glossy printing in full color gives a superior shine than other printing methods. The embossing is soft and slightly raised similar to embossed plastic shine mark.
